Cancellation policy
  • More than 30 days before arrival: only the deposit will be deducted, but this can be used for another booking.
  • Less than 30 days before arrival: 60% of the agreed total price are charged
  • Less than 8 days before arrival: 100% of the agreed total price are charged

We ask for your understanding that in case of no-show we will charge 100% of the stay in addition to the deposit.

Please inform us in time if you can not start your holiday.

Early departure: In case of early departure (irrespective of whether the length of stay is agreed orally or in writing), the accommodation expenses (room price without meals) will be charged for the rest of the remaining days of the reservation.

Can I take my dog into the apartment? Are animals allowed?

You are welcome to bring your dog (max. one dog per apartment) for an additional charge of 14,00 € per day with you. Other animals are not allowed. However, in the apartments RIT and FORDORA no animals are allowed.

Is there any food for lactose and gluten intolerance, wheat flour allergy or diabetics in Ciastel?

We are happy to organize appropriate food for breakfast. Please inform us already at the reservation.

Is there a luggage storage room?

You can leave your luggage free of charge at the reception on the day of arrival before your check-in or on the day of departure after your check-out.

Is there a laundry, ironing and dry cleaning service?

If you hand in your laundry in the morning until 9 am, it will be washed, ironed or cleaned within one day (Mon-Fri). The prices can be found on the price list in the apartment.

Is there a restaurant in Ciastel?

Our Osteria is open daily from 6 pm (closed on Monday).

Does the Ciastel have free wireless internet access?

Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in all apartments as well as in public areas. However, you need access data, which you receive at the reception.

Does the tap water have drinking water quality?

The tap water of San Vigilio comes directly from mountain springs and has excellent drinking water quality.

Can I also invite external guests for breakfast? Can I have breakfast as an external guest?

With pleasure! For breakfast we charge 14 € per person.

Do I have to bring my own bathrobe for the spa?

With pleasure we provide a sauna set for a rental fee of 5 € per person.

Do I have to decide at the reservation whether I want to have breakfast or not?

For the breakfast buffet, you can decide at short notice. Nevertheless, a pre-registration is necessary for.

Does the Ciastel have facilities for babies / children?

Free of charge are: sturdy baby cots with linen, a kettle – and a baby chair in the breakfast room. With pleasure we are also warming up baby food or milk in the kitchen.

What can I do if I do not have a credit card and want to guarantee my reservation?

You are welcome to remit the amount in advance or you can send us a reimbursement of expenses with a company subscription from an Austrian company.

What happens if I arrive after 11 pm?

For arrivals after 11 pm we charge a surcharge of 19 €.

Which credit cards are accepted in Ciastel?

We accept debit cards (EC / Maestro international) as well as credit cards from VISA and MASTERCARD.

How is the parking situation on site?

There are enough parking spaces available which are free of charge.

Where can I get tickets for the public transport?

All our guests receive a free guest card from us, which entitles them to use all public transport within South Tyrol.

Is half board possible?

We are happy to offer half board for a daily price of 20 € per person.
We offer this service on 6 days out of 7, as our Osteria is closed on Mondays.

Are there any towels in the wellness area?

In the wellness area there are no towels. However, we are happy to provide you a sauna set (consisting of 1 bathrobe, 2 towels and flip flops) for a rental fee of 5 €.
