General conditions

The apartments are available from 2 pm of the arrival day, and must be left within 10 am of the departure day.
The prices of a booking always refer to the number of persons, which means: for additional persons we charge a surcharge. Please contact us to find out more.
The indicated prices exclude the “tourist tax*” of € 3,20 per person (14 years and older) and per day.
Bookings are only binding if the required down payment is made.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the apartment will be charged for the booked period.
Per dog is charged an extra charge of 8-16 € per day.
Rental fee for our sauna set: 5 € per person
We are happy to change the towels more often than once a week, but we charge a surcharge of 6 € per person and per change.
For a check-in after 23:00 will be charged € 39

Cancellation policy

No later than 30 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.

For cancellations made by the guest in the period between the 30th day before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:

Cancellation no later than 8 days before the arrival date: 60% of the agreed total price
Cancellation less than 8 days before arrival: 100% of the agreed total price.

We ask for your understanding that in case of no-appearance we will charge 100% of the stay in addition to the deposit.

Please inform us in time if you can not start your holiday.
