Does the Ciastel have facilities for babies / children?
Julian RiedelFree of charge are: sturdy baby cots with linen, a kettle - and a baby chair in the breakfast room. With pleasure we are also warming up baby food or milk in the kitchen.

What can I do if I do not have a credit card and want to guarantee my reservation?

What happens if I arrive after 11 pm?

Is half board possible?
Michael BaumgartnerWe are happy to offer half board for a daily price of 20 € per person. We offer this service on 6 days out of 7, as our Osteria is closed on Mondays.

Are there any towels in the wellness area?
Michael BaumgartnerIn the wellness area there are no towels. However, we are happy to provide you a sauna set (consisting of 1 bathrobe, 2 towels and flip flops) for a rental fee of 5 €.
