General Terms and Conditions

The apartments are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
The prices listed for a booking are always based on the number of people; that is, a surcharge applies for additional guests. Please contact us for more information.
The prices listed do not include the €3.20 “tourist tax*” per person (ages 14 and up) per day.
Reservations are only binding once the required deposit has been paid.
In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the apartment will be charged for the entire booked period.
There is an additional charge of €8–16 per dog per day.
Rental fee for our sauna set: €6 per person
We are also happy to change your towels more frequently than once a week; however, we charge an additional fee of €4 per person per change.
A surcharge of €39 will be applied for check-ins after 11:00 p.m.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be canceled without incurring a cancellation fee up to 30 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained.

If the guest cancels between 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, the guest is required to pay the following cancellation fees:

Cancellation at least 8 days prior to the arrival date: 60% of the agreed total price
Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed total price.

Please understand that in the event of a no-show, we will charge 100% of the

Charge for the stay.

Please let us know in advance if you are unable to take your vacation.
