Your daily breakfast buffet

Since we also know how important breakfast is for a good start into the day, you will find a rich breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired.

We offer you a variety of jams, honey from the neighbour farm, bacon, miscallenous hams, and freshly-baked bread. In addition, you will find miscallenous cereals, nuts, yoghurts, and sweet pastries. Of course, there is also a variety of fresh fruit and fruit juices, as well as tea and coffee.

The daily breakfast can be added in the booking process. However, if you prefer to breakfast in the apartment then we offer also a free bread delivery service. You will pay the same amount as if you go to the bakery, but you have not to leave your apartment early.

Fresh

To meet our own quality standards, we prepare our meals as fresh as possible. We also pay attention to the seasonality in order to use fresh ingredients.

Local

Ingredients, which we cannot cultivate on our farm, we buy from the nearest local providers which have been consciously chosen in advance. In this way, we protect the environment and also know exactly where the products come from.

Natural

Our beef meat comes 100% from our own cattle which we raise lovingly for ourselfs. In addition to the rearing of our animals, we are growing many herbs and vegetables.
